Online Instrumentation is providing “Team Viewer” Support for site / factory support. This support is strictly valid for the client where we have installed Automation System using PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS etc. Below procedure will help client to get this support.

  1. Send the support request along with exact issues detail which the client is facing by mail at least one day (24 hrs.) before to us. It is prior intimation which is required to make our team and system get ready for immediate support once connected with client’s PC.
  2. The time frame will be confirmed by revert mail along with pre-requisites.
  3. The client will be required to get ready with the system as suggested in our mail.
  4. The client need to send username and password by “WhatsApp” / Voice Call to our team.
  5. Once our team connected to the client, we will make our best effort to resolve the issues.
  6. The client need to be always active during this meeting as there is always probability of connection failure.
  7. It is mandatory to send the mail as feedback for the meeting and about resolving of issues.
